Dr. Collins Aigbogun, PharmD, MPH, PhD brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and population health insight to community-centered care. He is passionate about advancing recovery, improving access to healthcare, and empowering underserved populations through evidence-based programs that address both health and economic stability. Through the SOARING HEALTH RESOURCE CENTER (a 501c organization) where he serves as Executive Director, he leads innovative initiatives focused on recovery support, medication access, prevention, and workforce empowerment—helping individuals and families build healthier, more sustainable futures.

Hope Aigbogun serves as the Director of Administration at SOARING HEALTH RESOURCE CENTER, bringing extensive experience in managing administrative operations across both the education and healthcare sectors. She has successfully overseen organizational systems, compliance processes, staff coordination, and operational workflows for multiple institutions, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and service excellence.

With a strong background in organizational leadership and systems management, Hope plays a critical role in strengthening SOARING HEALTH RESOURCE CENTER’s internal operations, supporting program delivery, and enabling the organization’s mission to serve individuals and families with professionalism and care.
